Brenda, Valorie and Shirley Jones aus Detroit waren ursprünglich Backup-Sängerinnen für Diana Ross, Lou Rawls, Linda Clifford, Aretha Franklin und andere, bevor sie ab 1979 auch eigenes veröffentlichten. "Nights Over Egypt" wurde 1981 auf der LP "Get As Much Love As You Can" veröffentlicht und von Dexter Wansel, Kenneth Gamble, Leon Huff and McKinley Jackson produziert.

The Sisters Brenda, Valorie and Shirley Jones from Detroit were succesfull back-up ladies for musicians like Diana Ross, Lou Rawls, Linda Clifford, Aretha Franklin and others before they published some records under their name.
