Die Peter Jaques Band war ein weniger R&B und Funk orientiertes Projekt wie "Change" oder die "BB&Q Band" der Produzenten Jacques Fred Petrus und Mauro Malavasi. Vielmehr klingen die ersten Veröffentlichungen schwer nach Italo-/Eurodisco, von denen aber der hier gepostete Song "Might Fine" - 1980 auf der LP "Welcome Back" veröffentlicht - wiederum eine Ausnahme bildet. The Peter Jaques Band was another, not so funk or R&B orientated project like "Change" or the "BB&Q Band" of the producers Jacques Fred Petrus and Mauro Malavasi. The style of the Peter Jaques Band is much more Italo-/Euro Disco. Only my post today - the title Might fine, published on the LP "Welcome Back" - sounds more sophisticated and cool and is in that case an exception on that album...
